Online regional economic profile launches before DNC
The Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation (Metro Denver EDC) today launched an online version of its 2008-2009 Metro Denver Economic Profile. This marketing piece provides the most concise and accurate data available anywhere for doing business in Metro Denver and Northern Colorado.
"With Denver hosting the 2008 Democratic National Convention, there is unparalleled interest in Metro Denver from international and national media as well as C-level executives," explained Tom Clark, executive vice president of the Metro Denver EDC. "This e-publication is literally 'the bible' for doing business in the region and our communities and companies will get exceptional exposure with this timely release."
Published annually, the Metro Denver Economic Profile includes in-depth information about major employers, industries, workforce, transportation, real estate, education, housing, taxes, and quality of life. It also features comprehensive community profiles for each of the metro area's seven counties as well as the two-county Northern Colorado area.
The Metro Denver EDC will also provide a CD version of the Profile to DNC media, corporate sponsors, and attendees. Metro Denver EDC investors and economic development partners will receive printed copies in the mail in the next two weeks.
Last week, the Metro Denver EDC also launched an online DNC Media Center within its Web site featuring economic statistics, business facts, rankings, convention resources, and access to spokespeople who embody the Metro Denver brand: Energetic Bodies. Energetic Minds.
