The Metro Denver median sales price of existing single-family detached homes was $475,000 in 2020, and $447,000 in Northern Colorado, while the national median home price was $309,800, according to the National Association of Realtors.
The average rent in the second quarter of 2021 was $1,651 per month in Metro Denver, and $1,317 per month in Northern Colorado in the second quarter of 2020*****.
